The Dictation/Transcription Process at a Glance: You, the client, call the 800 number provided to you, enter your password and start dictating. That dictation gets stored as a voice file on a secure web site.
We, the transcriptionists, access the web site and download your voice file(s) onto our computer and transcribe your dictation(s).
When transcription is complete, we upload the finished document(s) to the web site.
Finally, you access the site, download the completed document(s) onto your computer and print them out at your leisure.
Customization We use Microsoft Word, the leading word processing software. We will provide you with professional looking reports, formatted to your specifications. We take into account any letterhead that you will be printing on, font and font size of your choosing, headers/footers and layouts.
